Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If your room is available earlier, we will gladly accommodate an early check-in for you.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Parking at the Sea & Breeze Hotel
Complimentary parking is provided for one vehicle per reservation. Guests will be issued their Parking Pass upon check-in.
In the event that guests have more than one vehicle, we can provide a Two-day City of Tybee Parking Pass at the Front Desk for $25.00.
Oversize vehicles may be required to park in Public Parking if they exceed the designated space.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice of a cancellation; otherwise your credit card will be charged for a one night stay.
Other General Policies
All rooms are Non-Smoking. If there is evidence of smoking in a room, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
The maximum occupancy for any of our rooms is 4 people.
The private swimming pool's hours are 9:00 am - 10:00pm
Pets
We are a Pet friendly hotel November 1st - March 1st. Reservations are required due to limited availability. There is a $25.00 non-refundable pet fee. Pets are limited to 25lb's and under. |
